The online forms are provided via a server of owl-IT – Municipal IT Services Ostwestfalen-Lippe. The data you enter is transmitted in encrypted form and stored temporarily. Subsequently, further processing is carried out exclusively by the district of Minden-Lübbecke, which is responsible for handling your request. Access is restricted to authorized personnel.
Your data is transmitted exclusively via secure communication channels (SSL/TLS) and processed in compliance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as well as applicable data protection laws. Disclosure to third parties only occurs if required by law or necessary for the processing of your case.
In the form system, automatic deletion occurs no later than 56 days, provided that no legal retention periods prevent it. For fee-based procedures, it may be necessary for your payment information to be shared with an employed ePayment service provider.
